Sunday Morning Walking Club

Would you like to take a step towards a fitter, healther you?
Join us for a wonderful walk, bring your friends, make new ones too. You don't have to be super fit, we go at a steady pace and cover around 4 - 5 miles in about 2 hours. The intention is to improve our fitness and general wellbeing, as well as meet new people.

Meet at Go St. Just Sports & Fitness Centre in Cape Cornwall Road, St. Just (map) at 9.30am on the 3rd Sunday of each month.

Bring your water bottle and fill up at our new filtered water chiller. Meet back at the centre between 11.30am and 12pm for tea, coffee and cake at our brand new coffee bar! See you soon.

Walkers must:
Wear weather suitable clothing and sturdy shoes or walking boots
Follow the your leader's safety advice
Provide an emergency contact name and phone number before setting off
Bring £2 each, includes coffee and cake
