Our Fitness Classes

We have classes to suit all fitness levels, from beginners to experts.

If you're new, or returning to exercise, or if you're recovering from illness, injury or surgery check out FIT AS A FIDDLE. It's a friendly, sociable class, using simple exercises and movement patterns that are easy to follow and is great for general fitness and full body conditioning.

If you're a bit more experienced try BODY BLITZ, a circuit training class run by our experienced expert trainer. If you want to get a real sweat on then this is the class for you, full body conditioning and cardio fitness using body weight and Spinning bikes.

If you like your classes to have a pumping beat, disco lights and massive amount of impact, then SPINNING is for you! Indoor cycling 'rides' are structured with climbs, sprints, some level cruising and even some short recovery intervals to just spin your legs and catch your breath.

Other classes are offered by independent instructors and may include, ZUMBA and DANCE FITNESS. Get in touch for details.
