MONDAYS 6pm: Led by Savannah Sullivan this class will make you sweat!
Dynamic warm ups, high intensity Tabata workouts using a range equipment, Savannah brings you a different class every week. If you're looking for results then this is the class for you.

THURSDAYS 6pm: Led by Savannah Sullivan, this is a bootcamp style circuit class with a combination of cardio, core and resistance for a full body workout. It is adaptable so you can work at your own level and pace. You don't need to be capable of press ups or squat thrusts - but who knows after a while you may be!

By the way... If you're looking for a less intense fitness class, check out FIT AS A FIDDLE; it's suitable for all abilities and ages, and is suitable for those new to exercise, or rehabilitating following injury or surgery.
