Welcome to GO St Just's Sports and Fitness Centre

Here in the heart of England's most westerly town is GO .... St Just's community sports and fitness centre. Complete with a multi station gym and full four court sports hall we are equipped to fulfill all your sports and fitness needs. To assist with your fitness regime our qualified instructors run classes as varied as 'Fit as a Fiddle' which is suitable for any ability level, and Indoor Cycling together with Personal and Small Group training.
We cater for all ages and activities; check out Kids Zumba and Jumping Joeys in the sports hall for fun and exercise for the under-fives, fitness classes suitable for 18 to 88 year olds, and badminton, football, basketball, walking and cycling clubs.

03.01.19 - Join Our Walking Group

We've starting a new walking group on 3rd Sunday of each month. Suitable for all abilities, go at your own pace. Led by John Edwards, walks will take in the beautiful local scenery and will be a great way to get fit and make new friends. See Walking for details.

13.09.18 - New Darcey Bussell Dance Fitness Class Comes To GO St. Just!

October 2018 will see the start of a brand new fun fitness class for all abilities; Darcey Bussell's DDMIX (Diverse Dance Mix) Dance Fitness. Lead by Karen Nicholas of Lockwood Urban Dance School, The aim of DDMIX is to get people moving without being intimidated by the word 'dance' or the technicality of the steps, but instead to give a full body workout that is such fun that you don't even notice that you are exercising. With the vast number of dance styles around the world to choose from, no one will ever get bored!
Classes will be held on Tuesday mornings, starting at 9.15am and finishing at 10am, your first class is FREE, then it's as little as £3 per class*. Feel free to get in touch with any questions, he hope to see you there! Take a look.

*All classes are included in monthly and annual membership. Non members pay £4 pay-as-you-go, or as little as £3 per class by purchasing a session card.

09.09.18 - New Sunday Cycling Club Starts
